Johan is the best

I had a series of problems with FNB as a whole, yet Johan, the first and only ever available Branch manager in a bank has managed to sort it out. first it was the delay in receiving my card because of too long queues in the branch and he had it delivered at my work place. He is your friendly branch manager who doesn't mind you stopping for tea and ask anything on your account, he will sort it out for you. His employees, resemble his leadership style, one of them, named Fortune, has been outstanding in service delivery. of late, I was billed of high bank charges over a misunderstanding in Maponya mall for cash handling fees. Johan managed to have it reversed in The Glen! I will hold on to my account, to me FNB is the bank bank ever. I have referred my friends to switch to it, but go to The Glen, so Johan can give value added service. Thank you Sir!
