Jeanette Mashego, best customer service ever🤩

My rating is based on the level of service I received from consultant Jeanette Mashego from witbank downtown branch. She went out of her way to assist us, I respect the level of her patience and calm personality. Thank You very much Jeanette 🙏:😍.

For the branch, the aircon was hot and unpleasant it gave me flu. The customer service line placed us on hold for hours on end. To be assisted we were @ the branch 2 days, first day for 6 hours with Jeanette helping and trying to calm us down and second day for 3 hours. Jeanette's ops manager was even rude to us. The only reason that branch is surviving is because of friendly consultants like Jeanette Mashego she really gives her all when assisting clients
