JARGON IS JARGON FNB!

what a crock of jargon this bank throws at me about credit ratings after a rejection for 289.00 PRODUCT a month. they even can't deal on the phone literally lets their phone ring for 2 seconds!! now continuous emails. I tell them I know my credit scoring, I know my account affordability as I work in accounts!! After 40 years in accounts I know what is affordable and not! then the jargon about the popi act and that I must contact my credit bureau. I will not! I go on my Nedbank profile and it tells me my scoring!! So I am indecisive of changing banks. But it's coming real close to my 10 years with them and get UTTER JARGON!
