January break false advertising

Reply NO before 15 December to opt-out of 'payment break' and we will automatically debit your account in January. Ts, Cs, product rules & std network rates apply. I did not reply NO. Today my loan's debit order went off and I was told when I asked why my debit order went off today with the Secure chat with team of bankers, I did not qualify for the January break?!
