Jane was great.... but I am disappointing in the business banking.

The great rating is for Jane Ramathibe for the Wilkoppies branch in Klerksdorp. She did a phenomenal job in getting my business bank account that was transferred updated as well as setting up my business banking and a few other things. She was understanding, professional and very friendly. She was very patient even with my Impatience as I am very frustrated with FNB business banking. I started my business with hardly no money and it has grown well over the last year and a half. But because it is a pre school and parents pay literally in drips and drabs I would have liked an overdraft so that I can pay all my things on time so that when school fees come in, it goes directly back into the overdraft but even though I have no judgements or anything to my name or my company name, I get denied because I dont have any thing on my name.... Apparently having a business on my name does not count. So if anyone out there can recommend a bank that understand small businesses, please let me know... I have to move. Thank you. And thank you Jane from FNB for doing what you could, I know this is not in your hands.
