This week i had a complicated issue with my FNB Account that i could not get resolved over the phone. After about 20 frustrating calls to various departments within the FNB call-centre i eventually decided to go to the FNB Menlyn Square branch to see if a they would be able to assist me. <br> <br> Jane Mokgwatjane helped me process my application quickly without issues.
