Jacquis Selliers no assistance

I open an account for my business and when you start a business you don't make millions of rands immediately however it looks like FNB wants you to before they help you

There are 2 fnb accounts open one of which I am aware of and have opened the other one I cannot get an answer as to why it has been opened

I have emailed Jacquis Selliers to voice my issue and to date it has not been resolved...they insisted I have opened the second account....Ntokozo Chuma doesn't not want to close the one account for me upon my request and she insists she has closed the complaint yet both accounts are still open

If a group ceo can't assist what hope do we have in fnb
