IVR in circles

On the whole, very happy and very impressed with FNB and all they do. If I could help with one thing though - that'd be great. I'm trying my best to reach Revolving Loans ( ********** ) and the IVR just goes in circles ... I can't SPEAK to anyone to assist.

Please can't you get someone to assist or fix the IVR??
