I've logged a complaint on the 2 July 2021 regarding my refund that is not reflecting correctly on my account

I've logged a complaint on the 2 July 2021 regarding my refund that is not reflecting correctly on my account. I've never received a call back nor an email/sms with a reference number. I saw there was a correction made on my account, but status currently is showing as -R129.00 and R129.00 Please tell me how is that showing the money due to me, because in actual fact is that a R0.00???? This is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth, because this is not the FIRST TIME it's happening to me!!!! How many millions is this happening to that is not checking their bank accounts daily????
