I've been trying to get a hold of FNB Legal for an hour

I've been trying to get a hold of FNB Legal for an hour. Non of the legal advisors are responding on the messaging service and when I call in, I'm left on hold... I still have not been assisted... I'm paying for services that I cannot use because of the terrible service!
