I’ve always appreciated the added services First National Bank Ghana offers, especially the free Trend Micro™ antivirus license as part of the online banking experience. However, since the recent update to the online banking platform, I can no longer find the link to retrieve my free license key. I followed all the previous steps—logging into my profile and looking for the Trend Micro™ link at the bottom middle of the screen—but it’s no longer there. I even reached out via email to request either the license key or updated instructions on how to access it, but I’ve received no response. It’s disappointing to see such silence, especially from a bank that usually provides efficient service.
