Itumeleng Molapo poor service

I have had the worst service from FNBs ***** team leader named Itumeleng Molapo. He informed me that I would be given feedback regarding my funds by the end of business today, but still haven't received any communication regarding the funds within my bank account. The funds are legitimate but yet he doesn't want to give me my money.
