ITS WIN-LOSE WITH FNB ALONGWITH SOMEHEAVY HANDED BULLY TACTICS

FNB blocks users from internet banking or the App until they have accepted the new DebiCheck mandate.

FNB Credit Card department. Get lost. As with everything with your miserable bank, you are requesting amounts to a further erosion of customers right. It's right there in the fine print. You want me to forgo our earlier agreement and sign a whole new debit order deal which gives you carte blanche - to be able to debit my current account with the full outstanding balance on the credit card at a whim.

This is yet another FNB scheme to disempower clients by subtly introducing changes that benefit the Bank - ONLY.

Your blocking me from online banking until such a new agreement is signed is completely transparent and surely *******.

I completely regret having ever opened an account wiith you and your predecessor bank as a young naive student some 39 years ago,

Keep your eBucks, your fancy self-serving schemes and get lost. You will get no response from me.

FNB The WIN-LOSE Bank - in their own favour,

So an official from credit card department calls me today. Seems to think I am an unhappy applicant for something. Oh my gosh. Is my writing that bad, or are FNB staff getting all the more junior?

So the panel requiring agreement to the new DebiCheck T&Cs prior to entry has now disappeared from FNB internet banking completely. I have been able to use the platforms. of course, FNB never acknowledged that they understood the nature of my problem at all, except for a bank official who thought I was applying for credit. Ha ha!
