It's like you don't want customers.

This is the second time that I'm trying to submit my will to FNB. The first time the lawyer apparently signed it incorrectly and it needs to be resubmitted. So as per the note on the e-mail of the new will

"If you have elected to keep your will in Safe Custody please ensure that the original signed Will, Checklist & Witness Information sheet AND the signed Terms and Conditions are taken to an FNB banking branch of your choice. Please request that they provide you with a copy of the Will and have them acknowledge receipt of the original on the copy. "

I try to call the branch to setup and appointment so that signing and everything can be done there. To ensure that everything is correct. I call the number in the yellow pages and end up at a call center. I'm told I'm not allowed to call the branch I must use the APP to make an appointment. I open the app and can't find a place to make an appointment. I call FNB Fiduciary team and ask for assistance. They put me through to the branch switch board and after hearing it ring in my ears for 2 minutes I give up. Please put yourself in my shoes and understand the I'm trying to use your services but you won't let me. I don't want to go to the branch and sit in a queue, I've been in that queue and could take hours.

I just want make an appointment to use the service that you've told me too.
