Its impossible to deal with anyone over email. It takes two weeks to open a bank account and still no luck

I'm so angry!! I app**** on 19 July for a new business account (Reference *** was emailed to me at the same time). It says "sit back we'll get in touch soon". I needed this account for a big deal that has already all come and had to all go into my personal bank account at Absa. I search all over the internet for just SOMEONE that I can email for help, but there are no direct email addresses. Every day I'm getting orders and having to use my personal bank account. I just want SOMEONE efficient to help me open a flippen bank account. I've had all the documentation on me since I first made the application
