Its been weeks and still no answer

Two weeks ago I received 4 mails per transaction, when I checked online there is no record of transactions for this period.<br> In addition there is R2500 unaccounted for. I have complained on this forum and I've sent them numerous mails but as usual with FNB nothing has been done apart from the usual passing the buck trick which FNB is famous for.<br> FNB's incompetence is simply staggering, if someone owes them money its a big issue and judgements are served, sheriff, Chuck Norris etc is sent out but if they owe you money then its fine you can just wait until one of their God appointees deems it time to do something!!!!<br> USELESS, *********** BUNCH
