Its been a month now, and no response ....

this is one of my many attempts that i am asking ,I don't know how long one must wait for business registration with this bank , this is a really terrible service that they deliver . i have been waiting for almost 3 weeks know , to get my business registered, i have already paid them for it and this is the service i get . if i had know that Nedbank Registers businesses that fast i would have use their services , bud because i am a loyal FNB Client and i do all my banking and loans with them i decided to use them, but know i am not satisfied about this wait , i have call their number but no one is answering the phones there , i have send a email to follow up on my application but with no success, what am i about to do , business is losing clients . No one is coming back to me !!!!!
