I must say that FNB Gezina Gallery is doing "it" for me, it never disappoints. I went there yesterday to do my thing, I was so impressed by their level of professionalism as always. From the door to customer service department. Specifically Mr Bongani Mashele, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to thank him for the extended effort he put on assisting me. He even went to an extent of selling me a funeral cover, as I would like to call it "selling"☺️ and I ended up "buying" it. He's so good at it! He was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that he linked and switched my accounts as I have asked, he assisted with my ebucks account as it was a huge concern for me and he finally adviced about drafting a Will and went to an extent of giving me the Will forms. I'm so so happy with my FNB Gezina branch! He have a caring approach and he is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards him and your floor consultants for their speedy and efficient services. Is was able to complete the transaction and gathered all the necessary information in a short space of time, all thanks to Bongani's attentive and alert presence.
