It's a theme park

I don't understand the point of FNB premier/private whatever, besides receiving improved ebucks rewards. Unless you are spending more money or buying a product the service remains the same, you are just redirected to another person that makes you do the work yourself. FNB premier/private whatever is a theme park skip the line ticket, while the end of the day you are put through the same roller-coaster as everyone else. More than once now contacting my "private" banker has resulted in zero help and I've had to try and figure out how to do something by myself following their standard call centers or secure chats. Been with FNB for 20+ years and this roller-coaster is starting to make me nauseous.
