its a lie, you cant switch to FNB

I have been trying to switch to FNB for about a month now. I did the application online. I was phoned and I said I would pay to have my card delivered because I don't want to go to a branch. I was sent a card that was cancelled.<br> After about a total of 3 hours on the phone across multiple days and calls I just gave up and so did FNB. I keep getting told my card will arrive shortly. I keep getting told its because I canceled the card, why on earth would I cancel a new card that I have not received yet!!!<br> <br> Anyway, I guess I should just stay a Steve...
