Its 2020 and FNB is STILL TERRIBLE. AS I PREPARE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

This bank has been absolutely torrid since I joined but the plot definitely thickens. Someone withdraw money from account *******ly, an unauthorized transaction from a company that has made unauthorized transactions on my account before, I tried to be civil and follow the procedure in place but I've made numerous communications with no help or assistance and the money has yet to be returned to me a full R415. I was told 7 to 14 working days. We are now approaching 20. Why do I bank with FNB if they don't protect me at all, I'm sure I can find another bank to slip me up the butt perhaps they will atleast take me to dinner before they f**k me
