Items unpaid fees too high had to cancel policy

I had to cancel my legal policy with you guys today as my debit order goes off on or before my Sassa grants comes in. Due to your R105 *Items unpaid fee I don’t feel that it’s worth it when the policy is only R120. Please can you reverse this ridiculous penalty fee.
