“ITEMS PAID NO FUNDS” ****

I have been having a terrible experience with fnb regarding these“items paid no funds” charges that randomly show up on my statements. I have no idea why I am charged for “items paid no funds” when there are funds in the account. It makes even less sense because it is a cheque account, what is the purpose of “cheque” then? Furthermore, there isn’t even any information about which item this is meaning there’s no way to account for the charge or log a query regarding it. This has been happening for months now. I am very unhappy and unimpressed with fnb and at this point I definitely am considering changing banks because this is unacceptable.
