Items Not Paid amounts

Hi there's two amounts that I wasn't aware of when I don't have funds on my account. One is for R630 and R1395 items not paid I was totally unaware that fnb makes theses deductions. My salary will be paid today and that's a lot of money that has went off my account. Please can this be escalated and reversed.
