I'll be giving FNB a poor rating as of today. I'll Explain why.

Woke up this morning with a lekker surprise. R375 taken from my account, the trancaction called, ItemNopaid3. Great, I phoned FNB premier, spoke to a lady whom explained the whole issue for me. yet I am still bothered by this Itemnopaid. SHe explains, Because there was 3 pending transactions on my account, NOW GET THIS: THese transactions came from the 19/11/2019. 2 and a half weeks ago since today. FNB had to honor those transactions. there was 1 pending debit order that also had to go off, which indeed did go off. My argument at the end of the day is, WHy did fnb not just dishonor the debit order? If the debit order did not go off, i would have paid the Debit fee, which would have been acceptable. Now i am paying trippled the fee. I am sorry fnb but i see this a blatant theft, and i would like my R375 returned to me..This was not handled correctly. R375 is alot of money, and i am not prepared to write it off just like that.
