FNB SA Connect your service is very poor on the 11th I requested itemized billing(Call List) because I was ****** my phone and I needed it for my insurance claim and the lady assured me I will get it within 48hrs and gave me case number till today they are sending and whenever I call they will tell me the case is still open I mean why taking so long??no explanation and worse they will tell you that don't have admin contact details that's pathetic.And no one has ever contacted me for a feedback I am the one who calls non stop worse I need to submit to my insurance.YOUR SERVICE IS POOOOOR I WONT REFER ANYONE TO YOU
