ITEM UNPAID R300 ****

I'm not sure why Fnb keeps charging me transactions with item unpaid worth R300 4 Sept 200 5 Sept 100 If there is no money in my account how does a payment goes through? So how do you take my R300 for nothing I'm very disappointed. Please return my money
