“Item unpaid no funds” FNB ****

Im think FNB is the Worse bank ever, and i can not believe i used this bank for more than 20 years, i don’t know this new thing that they have started with ****ming people with “item unpaid no funds “ where they charge you for not doing anything for you, they charge you this money for not having money in your account, even if you do not swipe, because i do not swipe when i do not have money because i gave a cheque account do it declines. Last year every month they had these some months it would go close to a R1000 and i would let it slide but now to think about it they have ****med me thousands of Rand for this because you pay those amount. I am really angry with this and the solution is to Leave FNB try other banks who value their customers. I have bank statements from last year as evidence of these amounts i wrongly charged
