#ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS

I am deeply disappointed with FNB I have had my account for years and I have never encountered this daylight *****. I am constantly charged #items unpaid no funds on my account which I was not aware off , some transactions where made or accepted by debit orders that I didn’t authorise and when I went to the Diepkloof square branch I was told that they can’t reverse my funds dating back to the first#item unpaid no funds transaction .my question is why would they try to debit my account 4 times every month in just 1 week and charge me delusional fees. This is ****ing me off because i was quite this whole time thinking it was just a minor bank automatic mistake but this time it has overridden my patience.
