#ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS

I have a premium cheque account with FNB and a funeral cover which I had agreed that the money should be debited on the last day of the month, unless otherwise it's a public holiday whatsoever. So yesterday I had -R132 on my account, and FNB tried debiting my account 4 times in one day, which ultimately increased my negative balance to R340.33. Included here are the two #Item Unpaid No Funds descriptions charging R120 each. This can't be happening. I can't be owing you guys R340.33 in bank charges. That's ridiculous.
