Item Unpaid no funds 07

I have a Premier cheque account and a debit order went through but I didn't have enough funds in the account. I immediately transferred money into the account as it on a minus. A few hours later the debit order returns and I'm charged R220 for item unpaid no funds?? What?? They didn't honour the debit order so why am I being charged such a high fee? Funds were transferred in seconds after the debit order went though. What's the use of having a cheque account if charges are so high but no real benefits?? I need that money back.
