Item unpaid charge

Good day, I am a bit confused, I have been charged +-R150 for a bounced payment and I don’t even know what that is for, as I have not made any on or before the said date, I withdrew the available balance days after waiting for all pending payments to go through but still I am charged R150 for “Item paid no funds” can this be reversed, the last payment on my account wa made on the 11/03/2021 and there was money on my account and the R109,90 was deducted from my account....so which item did I not pay for?? This should be reversed
