ITEM PAIN NO FUNDS

I have 2 scheduled payments @ R200 each that goes off on the 1st of each month. I had insufficient fund when these transactions took place on the 1st Jan 2024 and FNB is charging me R400 for ITEM PAID NO FUNDS. Why am I being charged such ridiculous amount when your general fees structure states otherwise??? Unsuccessful transactions / Items paid Point-of-sale, scheduled payment and other banks’ ATMs R8 Item paid – insufficient funds* <R45 charged at Honoured value >R45 charged at R45 per R100 (Max R200) Item unpaid – insufficient funds** 8 – No charge R105 thereafter
