#item paid on NO. _ charges of 1600 on a bank account
i am disgusted at the careless way FNB works. i have been charge 1600 for nothing on transactions that appear as #Item paid on No. " how on earth can a bank be allowed to do such to its clients.
i have been your client for more that 8 years. and i would love nothing but to take my account to Capitec or Absa.
as a single mother i cannot afford 1600 hundred of charges...its ridiculous, careless and all you are concerned about is money

please tell me if you do not my account. because clearly i am not generating income for fnb. let me go to banks who understand the my plight.
how am i suppose to pay for my son's school fees when i will be short of 1400 which you took as charges.
capitec charges are not this extreme or even Absa. Fnb with its technology had managed to fool many south africans that they are a bank that cares for its people but you care only about your bottom line.
