#Item Paid No9 Items On

Dear FNB, My name is Nompumelelo Stuurman I have a gold cheque account and I was charged R850 on the 26th July 2019 transaction description#Item paid no funds???according to the transactions I made there were enough funds to honour the 9 debit orders which went off on the 25th because I transferred money. I want my money back ASAP!!! This is a **** you're running and when I look back at my bank statestatement this is not the first time I was charged for the samething even though the amount was not the same.
