I want all of the above money back or I am definitely taking this to the consumer ombudsmen

I have a cheque account and all transactions that don’t go through, must not go through, because all along they went through but leaves the account on a minus then when I put money in then it goes off

This is nonsense I want my money back all of it and I want it back today.
