#Item Paid no Funds transaction on my account

i dont understand why you are charging me R200 for #item paid no funds when you can just clearly decline that transaction, I do not want that nor do i want this kind of transaction going through my account, i could easily have made an internal transfer if there wasnt enough funds on the main account. Kindly resolve this issue as i am not going to pay that R200. this is literally not acceptable
