#Item Paid No Funds **** & THEFT

I have a FNB Fusion Aspire account and a debit order that I had already SUSPENDED in September went off in November and there wasn’t money in that account. The next day I got an #Item Paid No Funds on a payment I already made on 21/11/02. I need both amounts reversed. I am being charged for an amount that should’ve bounced and 2nd amount that I’ve already paid for.
