ITEM PAID NO FUNDS penalty fee
FNB charged me this ITEM PAID NO FUNDS fee, something completely unrelated to my pricing plan without any notification.

You partly resolved this issue, the service i get is the worse.
As one of your paying clients its horrible to go in circles just trying to get your own money back,
and still don't get assisted.
