Item Paid NO FUNDS - NO FNB!!
I am usually such an advocate for FNB but this month, 1 payment went through (no overdraft facility) and i was charged R125 + 8.50 for No Fund Available. Secondly - FNB without my consent, changed my credit card payment debit order to the 24th - which is ONE day before Pay day, so obviously the payment will not go through. I pay my credit card installment at the beginning of each month. So i was charged ANOTHER R125. So R258 because of FNB's oversight. I would appreciate these be refunded.

29 Oct 2019, 12:13FNB contacted me the next day and explained that the R250 is in fact a benefit I pay for to be allowed to go into overdraft without having the facility which I didnt sign up for. But the service for the complaint was great.
