#item paid no funds is a *******!

I am extremely unhappy. I am aware of the fact that I do not have money in my account, I was under the impression that my overdraft would cover these expenses. FNB has taken R945 for #item paid no funds. I am struggling financially and would like this money returned into my account because right now I feel like banking with another institution.
