Item paid no funds

It seems like fnb has its target of individuals whome they charge for "item paid no funds" Its the second time being billed for such including my business account. When logging a call mone of the agents seem to have a clue(***********) aswel as the branch. Gues it's 1 of the reason they have canceled telephone in the branch so that no one can assist. Can some assist on getting my funds back 😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬💩💩💩
