Item paid no funds each month over R800 on banking charges every month

FNB is keeping on debiting item paid no funds in my account for the past 3 months i have been complaining about this. Last months i paid R1200 on bank charges. This month already right now im sitting on R355 before putting banking services charges. Why wre you taking money from customers like that you are ****ming your own customers i have been complaining about this for the past 3 months but ts not changing.We all know the economy is bad but FnB keeps on taking and deducting money from customers imagine last month i paid R1200 i dont even own any business what is that.Im dissapointed with this bank ts a mess to use FnB they ***** from the poor.
