#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS

So I’ve been with FNB since I was in high school, but today something very disturbing happened and yes it’s extremely weird too and I know there are many posts about it as I’ve read them, the the scary thing is that it seems like no one has been digging deeper or got answers, I don’t know whether people got their money back or not or even when they do that’s it no more questions asked, so today R200 has been taken out of my account and it states: Transaction Description: #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1ITE MS ON 22/07/05 and straight to minus. I want and need answers this can’t be left just like that. Thank you
