#Item Paid No Funds Chargers on my account

#Item Paid No Funds This is the 3rd time experiencing the same issues with FNB, from December to January 2024 I have been charged chargers to the value of R3360 for items paid no funds. I communicated with FNB many times regarding this the answer is I am liable for these chargers. I don't understand this. I was refunded R1010 apparently out of good gestures. In the current times people are finding it difficult to live and a bank you think is there to protect your money is actually taking it as charges when you still paying for the items as well, so how it FNB paying for the #Item Paid No Funds when I pay for it and on top of that you feel free to debit me.
