Item paid no funds charged for their late banking

Same thing has been repeated again and consultants repeat again that there's nothing they can do. I was charged R535 for late banking again for transactions that happened on 22/12/2022 and FNB banked on 24th Dec. The only way to reverse this again is through "hellopeter". I think FNB has a serious "BUG" here. There people/bankers who don't go through their bank statements and get charged invalid big chunks of monies due to FNB errors. Please reverse my R535 that was charged for 22nd Dec transactions. I bank with all banks but only FNB behaves this way....
