Item Paid No funds????

FNB What are you guys doing??? I have been on the phone now for more than 30 min's. This useless voice prompting service of yours isn't working???????

I never keep money in my account after a ******* a couple years ago and transfer from my savings pocket as needed. On the 21st of January I transferred money and then purchase stuff at a store for +-R 80 bucks this transaction was in the pending transactions for about a week and got deducted from my available balance? now you Charge me R 150.00 because I didn't have money in my account? What the hell is the use of the pending transactions then???

Once again you are taking my money after my last comment on HelloPeter your agent reversed the fee's as a gesture of good will but today you charged me again?. I'm barely making it through the month as it is but FNB thinks its funny to charge their customers an extra R1000 of banking cost??? How am I supposed to get to work Next week??? Please people don't use this bank. I have been with them for 9+ years and never had issues now this??
