Item Paid No Funds

FNB is charging me item paid no funds for an online purchase I made 10 days ago, I bought an item, funds were deducted from my available funds immediately, suddenly I'm being charged for a transaction that took place days ago, when I called I was promised to be reimbursed within 24hrs but nothing. I need answers ASAP please.
