Item paid no funds

I am Khethiwe Mahlangu account holder of Fnb for years. On the 1st of June 2024 Fnb charged me R290 for items paid no funds, again on the 29 of June they charged me R200. I went to Fnb ask for clarity, they tell me its for purchase which I dont remember purchasing knowing that I have no funds, can I have my money back, how come 2 charges in 1 month R490 its a lot of money for charges or dishonor fees, your charges are way too much now. Bring back the money.
