ITEM PAID NO FUNDS

FNB has gotten into a habit of running deductions for ITEMS PAID NO FUNDS every month. They are unable to explain this as I always ensure I have available funds in my account before proceeding with any transactions. This has been going on for a couple of months now with multiple escalations to no success.
